The winners of the 2023 Stevie® Large Employer Awards, an international competition, were announced September 18 during a gala in New York. The awards recognize the world’s best employers and the professionals, teams, human resources achievements and HR-related products and suppliers that help create and foster exceptional workplaces.
he winners include diverse individuals and organizations from around the world. The company that won the Grand Stevie Award for Most Awarded Organization of the Year was Bank of America, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with seven Gold Stevie Awards, seven Silver Stevie Awards and seven bronze Stevie Awards, totaling 45.5 points. The Organization of the Year award goes to the company with the most points, with each Gold Stevie representing three points, each Silver Stevie representing two points and each Bronze Stevie representing one and a half points.
The Stevie Grand Prize for Highest Rated Nomination of the Year goes to Globe Telecom Inc., based in Taguig, Philippines, for its nomination of Ato Jiao as HR Executive of the Year, which received a average jury score of 9.5 out of 10.
The biggest winners of the Gold Stevie Awards include Bank of America (7 awards), Cathay United Bank (5 awards), IBM (4 awards), Tata Consultancy Services (4 awards), Tech Mahindra (4 awards), Dimes Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (2 prizes), BlueSky Personnel Solutions (2 awards), Borusan (2 awards), DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (2 awards), FedEx (2 awards), Globe Telecom (2 awards), GoHealth (2 awards), Golden Hour Veterinary Telemedicine (2 awards) , Kordsa Teknik Tekstil A.Ş. (2 prizes), Saint-Gobain North America (2 prizes), Siemens AG (2 prizes) and Top Hat (2 prizes).
More than 1,000 entries from organizations in 28 countries were evaluated in this year’s competition. The winners were selected based on the average scores of more than 125 professionals around the world, serving as judges.
