3 family members killed in car accident I think I had an accident while on a ferry

A car carrying a family crashed into the sea at a dock in Wando, South Jeolla Province, killing three people.

According to the Wando Coast Guard on the 18th, there was a report that a car crashed into the sea at around 4:20pm on the same day at the Dangmok Port dock in Yaksan-myeon, Wando-gun, Jeollanam-do.

The Coastguard, who were dispatched after receiving the report, rescued the vehicle from the sea, and a total of three people, including Mr A in his 70s, were on board.

At the time of discovery, they were rescued in a state of cardiac arrest and taken to hospital, but died. It is known that Mr. A and others who were in the vehicle in relation to grandparents and grandchildren.

They are believed to have crashed into the sea while boarding a passenger ship while waiting to enter an island in Wando at Dangmok Port.

The Coast Guard is investigating the exact cause of the accident based on eyewitness statements.
