4.8 Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Indonesia’s Bali, 3 Killed | Indonesia Earthquake: Strong earthquake on the island of Bali; Three people were killed

Bali : In Indonesia (Indonesia) Strong earthquake on the island of Bali. An earthquake measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale shook Bali. Three people have been killed in an earthquake. The quake was reported by the Indonesian search and rescue team. The epicenter was reported below the Pacific Ocean floor, however; no tsunami alert was issued.

The search and rescue agency said the search for rescue workers in the area had been completed. But the situation in the place is being assessed. The agency said two people were killed in the quake. Also, a three-year-old child died in the quake.

The US Geological Survey (USGS) said a magnitude 4.8 earthquake shook Banjar Wangxian at a depth of 10 km (6.21 mi). Authorities said several people had been evacuated from the area following the quake. It has been reported that the extent of the damage is being investigated.

The epicenter was reported below the Pacific Ocean floor, however; no tsunami alert was issued. The lights were removed last Thursday in Bali, where passengers have been banned for days due to Kovid disease.
