4 more Kovid deaths in UAE; 1205 new patients, camping banned in Fujairah


ABU DHABI: The Ministry of Health and Prevention has announced that four people have been killed in the UAE in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths due to 55 cases to 552. A further 1205 new cases have been confirmed. Authorities said 791 people had recovered. Total patients: 1,58,990. Survivors: 1,48,871. There are 9,567 people in treatment.

Camping banned in Fujairah

The Fujairah Emergency Response Team has banned all forms of desert camping in Fujairah, including tents and caravans. Fujairah Police Commander-in-Chief Major General Mohammed Ahmad bin Ghanem Al Kaabi said it was for the health and safety of the community.
