Police detectives open the door to the home and enter.

Inside, decorated like an office, every wall is filled with different documents.

After buying 3,400 offices and villas in the metropolitan area through a ‘no gap capital investment’ method, they obtained deposits from tenants and forcefully investigated the gang.

“In the meantime, we will execute a search and seizure warrant.”

The police investigation team caught 1,941 charter scammers for six months from July last year.

Of these, 168 were arrested.

Compared to the previous year’s conflict, the number of suspects increased 8 times and the number of arrests increased 15 times.

Many real estate agents and real estate agents who committed fraud by paying 100,000 to 500,000 to the villa kings and borrowing their names were also caught.

The number of houses owned by the six ‘Villa King Institutions’ held this time amounts to 6,100 units.

The total number of victims was about 1,200, and the amount of damage reached 230 billion won, and about half of the victims were young people in their 20s and 30s.

“This is the first honeymoon house I looked at before I got married. I think I got this idea.”

After luring fake landlords and tenants, fake contracts were made, and a group of people who hijacked charter loans were also caught en masse.

“Because it is easy and fast. If you make a charter only with the landlord (loan), 100 million won came out immediately, and it was a success.”

The crime was committed by misusing the government’s policy of guaranteeing loans of up to 100 million won to homeless young people under the age of 33.

Police said they plan to extend the special enforcement period until July as the damage from charter fraud spreads.
