The Ministry of Strategy and Finance announced on the 29th that the expected amount of cash back for November was 258.3 billion won as of the 26th.

Considering that the cash back for October was 387.5 billion won, it means that 645.8 billion won of cash back occurred in about two months.

The Win-Win Consumption Subsidy is a business that refunds 10% of the excess up to a maximum of 100,000 won per month if you spend 3% or more of your credit and debit cards (combined cards) in the second quarter of this year (April to June) than the average monthly usage amount.

The final payment amount will be determined according to the post-settlement procedure for the October cash back (reflection of payment cancellation, business exclusions, accounting verification results, etc.) and the status of cash back for the remaining period.

The Ministry of Strategy and Finance said, “The win-win consumption subsidy project is scheduled to end on the 30th of this month, as previously announced.”

The government had predicted that the win-win consumption subsidy project would be implemented for two months from October to November, but could be terminated early if the budget of 700 billion won was exhausted.

Those who wish to participate even now can apply by 6 pm on the 30th of this month.

Even if you apply at the end of this month, if your card usage for October meets the criteria for cash back, you can receive all the cash back until last month.

By the 26th, 15.56 million people had applied for the win-win consumption subsidy. Among them, 730,000 people applied in November, the second month of the project.

The cash back for November will be paid on the 15th of next month as points that can be used like cash on the card of the dedicated card company each applied for.
