Bruce Willie, 67, was confirmed to be suffering from aphasia. Through his daughter Ruma, he announced on IG that his father was concentrating on treatment and would retire.
“To all Bruce supporters, as members of his family, we would like to share that our beloved Bruce is facing some health issues, and he was recently diagnosed with aphasia that is affecting his cognitive abilities,” Ruma posted on IG. Therefore, after much deliberation in the family, Bruce has decided to leave a career that has meant so much to him.”
“This is a major challenge for our family and we are truly grateful for your continued love, compassion and support, as family members we are truly touched and hope his fans can pray for him too, we know How important he is to you, as Bruce used to say “live”, we plan to do it together.” Ruma and hoped that everyone would cheer for Bruce together.
