He had a funeral for a 7-year-old Palestinian boy who died while being chased by soldiers in the Israeli army’s indiscriminate attack on Palestine.

According to reports from foreign media such as CNN and Reuters in the United States on the 3rd (local time), on the 29th of last month, Rayyan Suleiman (7), a Palestinian national, entered a house to avoid Israeli soldiers and the West Bank (The West Bank) attacked from the Jordan River, and Rayyan’s uncle desperately prevented the Israeli soldiers from going to the children’s shelter.

Terrified, Rayyan ran through the back door of the house, and while running away from the soldiers, he lost consciousness and collapsed and was taken to hospital, where he died of cardiac arrest due to heart failure.

The Israeli forces did not stop chasing while Rayyan’s parents drove the child to the hospital.

“My son was so scared that he died on the spot,” said Rayyan’s father. The medical staff who looked at the body also said, “There were no signs of physical trauma, and it is assumed that the death was the result of heart failure.”

While the Palestinian Foreign Ministry accused Israel of “committing an ugly crime,” an Israeli military spokesman said, “The soldiers at the time did not chase the children, and no soldier prevented the child from going to the hospital.”

Then, on the 30th of last month, Xi’an district gathered thousands of citizens at his funeral to mourn.

“The United States mourns the death of an innocent Palestinian child,” said Vedant Patel, the US State Department’s chief spokesman for the event.

Meanwhile

According to a United Nations report in August, at least 20 Palestinian children have died this year as a result of Israel’s use of force.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry also called for “the Israeli government to be directly and fully responsible for this murder,” calling on the international community to break the silence and respond to the bloodshed and harm of the Palestinians.
