In Rajbari Sadar Upazila, a house wife (35) was raped by tying her hands and face. On Friday night, a case was registered at Rajbari police station on the orders of the court.
Alauddin Mollah (40) of Raghunathpur village of Khanganj Union of Rajbari Sadar Upazila has been accused in the case.
In the complaint, the housewife said that Alauddin had been giving her bad proposals for some time. He did not agree to this. Then on March 14 at around 11 pm, the housewife went out of the house to take care of nature. On this occasion Alauddin Mulla entered his house and hid himself. Then, as soon as the woman entered the room, Alauddin tied her hands and face with a veil and raped her. Alauddin escaped by breaking the fence when the locals came forward shouting.
SI of Rajbari police station. Abdul Quader said that the case has been recorded at Rajbari police station on the orders of the court. Attempts are underway to arrest the accused Alauddin.
