According to the police, six people were injured in the accident. One is unconscious. An investigative official said the man sprayed liquid inside the car and set it on fire, burning part of the seat.

The man is believed to be around 20 years old and was arrested at the scene of the accident. The Police Department is currently investigating the details of the accident.

As a result of this accident, the Keio Line up and down lines were suspended. On Twitter, etc., flames soared from inside the train. Passengers were also filmed running out of windows through stopped vehicles.
