A man filmed getting a massage at a Florida lawsuit Spa files - Boston Herald

BEACH PALM BEACH, Fla. – Florida man is claiming his constitutional rights to be overcome when his massage was recorded at a day spa secretly during an investigation of human trafficking.

In the federal conflict filed a man who was identified as “John Doe recently,” the man said the police were “espionage” him and in a “depopulated state” during massage at the Jupiter Asia Orchid Day Spa.

The man is not among those who are obliged to seek prostitution in the case. New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft pleaded guilty to two solicited.

The lawsuit says the man did not “engage in any sexual or illegal activity.” The lawsuit asks for an unspecified amount of damages and is named Jupiter police and State Solicitor's Office of Palm Beach County.
