Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew, a new game from Mimimi Games, is set in another historical era, the golden age of pirates. The player will go on an adventure to find the legendary Black Pearl with the cursed pirate Appia in the mysterious island cursed by the dead.
Shadow Gambit: The Cust Crew is a strategy game for perfect stealth. From the top-down perspective, where you can see all the situations on the battlefield, the player must grasp the enemy’s movement path and field of view, aim for gaps, and attempt accurate assassination and infiltration.
The gameplay is characterized by the integration of all the knowledge of Mimimi Games, which has been developing stealth strategy games for 8 years. The perks of Shadow Tactics, which established turn-based strategy rules and systems, and the perks of Desperados 3, which added many convenient functions such as time-stopping and saving actions, have been reworked and added to match with the concept of the new game..
A new system unique to Shadow Gambit: The Cust Crew is also in the works. The biggest difference is that it is set in another historical era. The previous work had to be somewhat realistic due to the historical background. On the other hand, the new work uses the concept of a cursed pirate who has returned from the dead, and can display various magical abilities that cannot be performed in reality.
In the game, 8 colleagues with special abilities appear, and the player must choose 3 people who can achieve the best efficiency according to the situation on the battlefield and infiltration.
