A report was received that a sausage with a fishing hook was found in a park in Incheon, and the police launched an investigation.
Dog owner A, who first discovered a sausage with a fishing hook, claimed that it was “a malicious act”, saying, “It was hidden in fallen leaves in a place where there were a lot of dogs.”
According to the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station today (17th), at around 9:40 last night, we received a citizen’s report saying “There is a sausage with a fishing hook in the Incheon Bupyeong Park Park” and were dispatched to the scene.
It was identified that this citizen reported to the police after seeing the post posted by Mr. A on SNS.
Previously, Mr. A first witnessed a sausage stuck in a fishing hook while walking his dog in Bupyeong Park yesterday afternoon, and announced this through Instagram.
Person A said, “It was difficult to find with the naked eye, but (sausage) was stuck in a fishing hook. He added, “I think it was maliciously installed because I knew that it was a place where dogs come a lot,” he added.
In fact, if you look at the photo released by Mr. A, it looks like a sausage is stuck on a fishing hook. If your puppies ate it, they could be seriously injured.
After receiving a report, the police rushed to the park to search the area, but did not find any sausages with fishing hooks in them. Regarding this, Mr. A said, “If you leave the sausages with fishing hooks on them, terrible things can happen, so after collecting them, I took some photos for reporting and threw them away.”
A police official explained, “No more fishing hooks were found at the scene,” and “We are checking who did this by securing a closed circuit (CC) TV.”
