AbbVie Korea, ‘life experience’ event for rare incurable patients

AbbVie Korea announced on the 18th that it had held a ‘Celebration of Culture’ for patient-centered values ​​and corporate culture from the 12th to the 15th of this month.

In particular, this Culture Week included a Patient Immersion Day for patients with rare and incurable diseases.

Employees from eight Asian countries, including Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Taiwan and the Philippines, participated in the program.

Using the patient experience toolkit delivered in advance, employees from each country had similar experiences to patients with atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, glaucoma, rheumatoid arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease.
