Accident | A 26-year-old man was killed when his car collided with a bike on MC Road

Kollam: A youth was killed in a car-bike collision at Kottarakkara. Anandu, 26, a resident of Panaveli, was killed in the incident. The accident took place at MC Road near Panaveli at Manchadi. The biker, who was on his way to Valakam, was hit by a car coming from the opposite direction. Ananthu was rushed to the Kottarakkara Taluk Hospital but could not save his life. The body will be handed over to relatives after postmortem procedures on Monday. Kottarakkara police registered a case in the incident.

17-year-old dies in bike accident; 18 – year – old boy seriously injured while riding a bike

A 17-year-old boy has died in an accident while riding his bike with a friend. Eldo’s son Shaun (17) died at Menachery house, Uthupukavala, Thuravoor, Angamaly. Jith (18) was seriously injured in the house of Thuravoor Chundanai who was riding the bike on which Shaun was traveling. He was admitted to Angamaly LF Hospital. Jithin has been admitted to the emergency department.

The accident took place at 5.45 pm on Thursday on the Thuravoor-Manjapra road near Kozhikulam. The accident happened about 300 meters from Shawn’s house. The fleeing locals rushed the two to the hospital but could not save Shawn’s life. Doctors said the cause of death was a head injury.

The deceased Sean Angamaly is a Plus One student at DePaul School. Mother: CB. Brother: Don. The body was taken to Angamaly L.A. F. The body was kept in the hospital mortuary. Released to relatives after postmortem procedures.

Deadly drugs were seized from a young woman who booked a room in a lodge

Idukki: After reaching the Parunthumpara tourist center, MDMA seized the deadly drug from the youths who booked a room in a lodge in Kumily. Sandra (20) from Kodungallur and Shebin Mathew (34) from Murindapuzha, Idukki were arrested with MDMA. 0.06 g MDMA was recovered from them. The Vandiperiyar Excise arrested the two from Kumily. The accused, who were produced in the Peermede court, were remanded.

The couple arrived at the High Range Residency in Kumily town on Wednesday night. The excise team reached the room where they were staying on Thursday afternoon and found the drugs. Sandra, who has completed a paramedical course, befriended the chef via Instagram. Shefin runs a small resort in Thekkady. Sandra told the excise team that the drugs were given by a relative in Gujarat. Excise is checking whether this is correct.
