Playing for three teams, Rakuten, Giants, and Nippon-Ham, he played a total of 82 games during his 9 years as a professional, recording 6 wins and 15 losses.

This season, he played 34 games, the most of his career, with 0 wins and 1 loss and an ERA of 4.08.
