Panaji: Actress and Russian model Alexandra Javi, 24, of Raghava Lawrence’s Tamil film Kanchana 3, was found hanged at her residence in Goa on Friday. Police said the initial conclusion was suicide. Police have launched an investigation into the incident. Alexandra, a native of Russia, has been living in Goa for some time.
Neighbors say the actress was depressed after falling in love. It is learned that the actress’ boyfriend may be questioned by the police. In 2019, the actress had lodged a complaint with the police against a photographer in Chennai for sexual harassment. He was later arrested by the police. It is reported that he may also be questioned.
