Actress Attack Case | DIG on Dileep’s call list; Crime Branch probe against Sanjay Kumar Gurud

Crime Branch is investigating DIG Sanjay Kumar Gurud in the attempted murder case of actor Dileep. It is being investigated that Sanjay Kumar Gurud and Dileep spoke on the phone the night before the case was registered. It is learned that after this, the phones were changed by the accused.

The crime branch had registered a case on January 9 against director Balachandra Kumar for revealing that Dileep was planning to endanger the team investigating the Actress Attack Case. Sanjay Kumar Gurud contacted Dileep at 10:04 last night through Dileep’s WhatsApp. The call lasted 4 minutes 12 seconds. The defendants then switched off the phone. Phone replaced. He later bought a new phone. The crime branch is investigating whether there was any interference on the part of the DIG in assisting Dileep in the case.

The probe team has started the process of seeking information from Sanjay Kumar Gurud. After the complaint was lodged against Dileep, the crime branch team sought information about his phone conversation with them. During this investigation, the crime branch got the details of the conversation between the DIG and Dileep.

Kochi: Actor Dileep has rejected the findings of Crybranch in the case of conspiracy to assassinate the investigating officers in the actress attack case. Dileep told the high court that the allegation that the evidence in the case was destroyed from the phone was baseless. No documents related to the case have been deleted from the phone.

Private conversations and messages that have nothing to do with the case were deleted. The forensic report does not state that the phone contained any information related to the case. There is no difference between a forensic report and a mirror image. In his affidavit, Dileep said that the probe team was giving the opposite explanation.

Dileep also rejected the statement made by Dasan, a former housemaid, in connection with the case. Dasan’s statement is factually incorrect. The day Dasan claims to have come to the lawyer’s office for training to change his speech, the lawyer did not come to the office because of Kovid. Advocate B Raman Pillai also produced the Kovid certificate to prove this.
