Kochi: Adi Shan is the hero of the short film ‘Pillar No. 581’ which focuses on current affairs. He has been chosen as the best actor in the short film category between 5 and 50 minutes at the RAW International Film Festival. The film, written and directed by newcomer Muhammad Riaz, is releasing in Tamil and Malayalam with a topical theme.
The jury judged that Adi Shan won the award by winning the hearts of the audience with his excellent acting skills and his green life. Produced by Magazine Media, the film features the famous production manager Badusha and her daughter Shifa Badusha in pivotal roles. Zakir Hussain and Akhila Anoki are the other stars.
