(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Park Sang-don = Aegis Asset Management is pursuing the acquisition of Millennium Hilton Seoul, located in Namsan.
According to the hotel industry on the 18th, it was reported that Aegis Asset Management recently signed a memorandum of understanding with CDL Hotel Korea, the largest shareholder of Millennium Hilton, to acquire Millennium Hilton Seoul.
The two sides will then decide whether or not to finalize the contract through negotiation.
Millennium Hilton Seoul was built in 1983 as a 22-story 5-star hotel and was sold to CDL, a subsidiary of Hongneung, a Singaporean company, after the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and financial crisis.
