Ha Jae-sook and Bae Yoon-jung revealed the reason for their appearance in ‘I’m Missing You’.

KBS 2TV’s ‘Excuse me’, which will be aired for the first time on the night of the 30th, is a healthy body-building project with Kim Shin-young, the representative of the entertainment industry, and older sisters who are tired of dieting. Unlike the existing diet programs that drive the cast to the extreme for numerical weight loss, it is receiving hot attention by foretelling a pleasant diet program that keeps the body and mind healthy.

There are two older sisters in ‘People’ who are very different from each other. Her affirmation is her eldest sister, lovely Jae-sook Ha, and her unstoppable charismatic older sister, Bae Yun-jeong. I heard the story of the two older sisters who decided to appear in ‘I’m Missing You’ for different reasons.

Ha Jae-sook said, “I have lived my life between being chubby and obese, and I have tried many diets, but I could not give a clear answer about the diet. She met a work that required weight loss due to her job, and she had experienced a severe diet, but she was not happy with the process. She even said how much she had lost, and even though she shouted for her to stop paying attention, she always followed me around like a tag, ‘I lost a few kilos’,” she said.

Then Jae-sook Ha said, “So I refused to appear in Han Sako, but at some point, I was appearing. After listening to enough explanations about the program, she thought, ‘With this kind of program, I can empathize with people who have similar problems as me and solve their problems.’ Above all else, ‘numbers don’t matter. I decided to appear in the program because I liked the purpose of the program, ‘Healthy, fun, steady, and on a diet that anyone can do’. She also added that she is a long-time fan of Kim Shin-young, and she was curious about her know-how.”

Bae Yoon-jung’s appearance in ‘I’m Missing You’ also drew attention. Because all prospective viewers did not think that a diet would be necessary for Korea’s best choreographer, who boasts a healthy and strong body line. But she had a process of ‘childbirth’ that people didn’t know about, and that only her mother could sympathize with.

Bae Yoon-jung said, “After giving birth, my body was broken a lot, so I wanted to learn physical strength and health know-how. She is working hard on a postpartum diet, but her body has not changed any more as she has reached a plateau. At a time like this, she thought it would be good to do something with good people, so she decided to appear in ‘Except and Far’,” she explained. She continued, “She wants to show that even a mother of a baby in her 40s can keep herself healthy, look good, and boost her self-esteem,” she said.

Although each has different reasons, the two older sisters Ha Jae-sook and Bae Yoon-jung joined the ‘Oppo’ out of desperation. Ha Jae-sook, who wants to lose her tag and go on a happy diet, and Bae Yoon-jeong, who wants to follow a diet that all mothers can empathize with. The anticipation of ‘I’m going to go out’, which will be more enjoyable and enjoyable because there are two older sisters, is raising expectations.

‘I Miss You’ will be aired for the first time on Saturday, the 30th at 10:35 PM.
