Akshay Kumar’s new movie Selfie has failed at the box office. Directed by Raj Mehta, the film collected only Rs 6.35 crore in two days of its release. After the failure of the film, netizens trolled Akshay Kumar. The film is a remake of the 2019 film Driving License, directed by Jean Paul Lal and starring Prithviraj and Suraj Venjaramood.

At the same time, actor Akshay Kumar also entered the scene with a response. “It’s not new to me, I’ve had 16 flops in a row at one point in my career. There was a time when he did eight films in a row. But not so now. That was my mistake. The audience has changed and so have I. I have to do it myself and start over. I take full responsibility for the Selfie mess’, said Akshay Kumar. He added that he does not want to blame the audience or anyone else for this.

Emraan Hashmi, Nushrat Barucha and Diana Penty are other important characters in the film. Akshay Kumar’s upcoming projects include Tiger Shroff, Hera Pheri 3, Capsule Gill, Oh My God 2 and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
