Al-Baqali is “the only Arab personality” on the US National Safety Council’s list of distinguished CEOs for 2023

(Alba), one of the largest aluminum smelters in the world, today announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Ali Al Baqali, has come within The US National Safety Council’s list of distinguished CEOs for the year 2023, to be the only Arab personality to be named It was included in the list, in recognition of its unwavering commitment to promoting and developing a safety culture for employees and contractor workers throughout the company. ‬

This annual honor aims to highlight the leading personalities who managed to build an integrated strategy for safety in the field their companies and institutions, depending on four main factors: risk reduction, performance measurement, safety management solutions, to Leadership and employee engagement. ‬
