He pointed out the Chamber’s keenness to train and qualify the dispute resolution staff and to have a high level of competence to listen to and resolve them, in addition to the presence of experts in dispute resolution, stressing the need for an information center for experts in various fields in order to consider some disputes with high efficiency and continuous evaluation on them in terms of Integrity, experience and competence of the highest standard. He pointed out that the Board of Directors approved the regulations of the Experts Center after submitting them to it, and the Chamber is currently in the process of submitting the Regulations of the Experts Center to the official authorities represented by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, given that the Ministry is an important party that has full knowledge of the Dispute Resolution and Settlement Chamber that the Chamber is in the process of launching. Where he held a meeting with the Minister of Justice, who welcomed the direction of the Chamber and gave instructions that the Ministry play its role in helping to organize workshops and training for experts who will manage disputes. He added that the Chamber is currently awaiting a final response from the Ministry to launch the Chamber’s Center for Dispute Resolution and Settlement. He added that one of the goals of the 22nd Chamber is to create investment opportunities and create opportunities that stimulate some sectors such as the education sector and create a full component in the Kingdom of Bahrain of private educational institutions that can attract students from countries in the region and regionally because it is considered educational tourism and is considered one of the most important sectors that can attract Students from neighboring countries, and at the same time these students contribute to spending in the local economy and using existing services, and this is very important. Al-Saei referred to the issue of medical tourism, especially that the Kingdom of Bahrain has many Bahraini and medical competencies, as the Chamber is working to raise its regional contribution in attracting people from neighboring countries who wish to benefit from the competencies and expertise in the Kingdom, and these are all matters that the Chamber seeks to implement in addition to other points.
