Alli wants to go to Syria; Surprised Prithviraj and Supriya

The daughter of actor Prithviraj and former journalist Supriya Menon, she is a fan favorite. Prithviraj and Supriya often share Alli’s experiences on social media. In a post shared on Instagram by Supriya the other day, she wrote about Alli’s strange desire. Supriya says that Alli expressed that desire very seriously while eating.

Alli said he wants to go to Syria amid rumors of where to go next holiday. Alli also explained to Prithviraj and Supriya why they are going to Syria. Alli is going to Syria to meet Yusra Mardini. With that, it is suspected that Arani is Yusra Mardini. Alli then says that it is a swimmer from Syria.

Supriya says that she got the information about Yusra from the story book ‘Rebel Girls’ which Alli reads. ‘Rebel Girls’ has been Alli’s favorite book for a long time. Yusrak then sent a message to Supriya’s daughter wishing her well. Supriya has also shared the screen shots of this.

Yusra Mardini

Born and raised in Syria, Yusra has been a swimmer since childhood. Growing up in Daraa, a suburb of Damascus, Mardini trained to swim with the support of the Syrian Olympic Committee. In 2012, she represented Syria at the FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) in the 200m individual medley, 200m freestyle and 400m freestyle. Meanwhile, her house was destroyed in the Syrian civil war. Mardini and her sister Sarah fled Syria in August 2015 to Lebanon and then to Turkey. From there they decided to sail to Greece by boat with 18 immigrants.

The boat, which could not carry more than six or seven people, crashed on the way. Then Yusra and her sister Sarah and two other swimmers jumped into the sea and swam for more than 3 hours. After the engine started running again, they arrived in Lesbos, Greece. Then they went to Germany through Europe. There they settled in Berlin. Yusra’s parents and younger sister later arrived in Germany from Syria. Yusra, 22, who currently lives in Hamburg, Germany, was a member of the refugee Olympic team at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. On April 27, 2017, Mardini was appointed Ambassador of the UNHCR Goodwill. .
