Kabul: Former Afghan Vice President Amarullah Saleh has said that the Taliban have massacred 13 people to stop a wedding song in Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province. Saleh, one of the leaders of the fight against the Taliban, made the allegations in a tweet.
Taliban militants have massacred 13 people in Nangarhar to silence a wedding song. We cannot express our anger by condemning it alone. For 25 years, Pakistan has trained them to destroy Afghan culture and control our soil with the ISI’s religious fanaticism. That is what is being done now, ”Saleh tweeted.
