Amazon’s refreshed Fire TV lineup is now available, bringing new models of the 2-Series, 4-Series, and Omni QLED to consumers. Announced late last year, these televisions aim to improve upon Amazon’s existing foothold in the affordable smart TV market.

The flagship of the new range, the Fire TV Omni QLED Series, comes in 50-, 55-, and 65-inch sizes. While a 75-inch model was initially anticipated, its current availability is not specified. Amazon states the new Omni QLED is 60% brighter than its predecessor, and features double the local dimming zones for improved contrast. Pricing for the Omni QLED series starts at $479.99 and reaches $1,199.99 depending on screen size.

Beyond brightness and contrast, the Omni QLED incorporates Dolby Vision and HDR10+ Adaptive technologies to enhance the vibrancy of content. An upgraded processor delivers a 40% performance boost compared to previous generations. Amazon’s Omnisense technology, which automatically adjusts display colors based on ambient lighting and can power the TV on when someone enters the room, is also included.

For budget-conscious consumers, the Fire TV 2-Series and 4-Series offer more accessible options. The 2-Series is available in 32- and 40-inch models, starting at $159.99, while the 4-Series comes in 43-, 50-, and 55-inch sizes, beginning at $329.99. Both series feature “ultra-thin metal bezels” and benefit from a new quad-core processor that provides a 30% speed increase over previous models.

All three series incorporate the Omnisense technology found in the Omni QLED, and a new dialogue boost function designed to improve voice clarity. The new Fire TV models also run on a faster operating system.

Amazon initially entered the TV market in 2021 with a focus on affordable, streaming-centric televisions. These new models represent a continuation of that strategy, with an emphasis on improving performance and design while maintaining competitive pricing. The Fire TV 2-Series and 4-Series, in particular, aim to provide a streamlined smart TV experience at a lower price point.

The Fire TV Omni QLED Series is positioned as Amazon’s premium offering, competing with other QLED televisions in the market. The increased brightness, improved contrast, and faster processor are intended to deliver a more immersive viewing experience. The inclusion of Dolby Vision and HDR10+ Adaptive support ensures compatibility with a wide range of HDR content.

The availability of the new Fire TV models began on November 5, 2025, for the 2-Series and 4-Series, and on the same date for the Omni QLED series. As of February 6, 2026, all models are available for purchase on Amazon.co.uk, with introductory offers available until February 10, 2026.

The Fire TV Stick 4K Select is also available, offering 4K quality with HDR10+ support for those not looking to replace their existing television. This device runs the new Vega operating system, which Amazon claims is faster and more efficient.
