Palakkad : Coimbatore Amrita (Amrita University) Engineering Research Student (Research Scholar(Dead hanging at home)Suicide) Found on the floor. Krishnakumari, a native of Kollengode, Palakkad, was found dead last night.
Krishna Kumari, 33, was doing research in 5 Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Amrita University, Coimbatore. Relatives allege that Krishnakumari committed suicide after her research paper was rejected by college authorities yesterday.

“Krishnakumari came to the college the other day, but the dissertation refused for every trivial reason,” said Krishnakumari’s sister Radhika.
Krishnakumari joins Amrita, a private university, for research on merit. Krishnakumari had been doing research in electrical and electronics engineering for about five years. Dr. Krishnakumari conducted her research under N. Radhika.

“Of Amrita Teachers mentally abused Krishnakumari and did not allow her to complete her research, ”said Radhika.
The student’s sister said that Dr. Radhika was constantly torturing Krishnakumari mentally. The relatives allege that Krishnakumari committed suicide because she could not bear the mental torture. The research, which was supposed to be completed in three years due to teachers, could not be completed even after six years.

Initially, a guide named Sindhu Thampatti was appointed for Krishnakumari. Later, the college appointed Dr. Radhika as Krishnakumari’s guide. A complaint has been lodged with the police against the teachers.
