On the 19th, Samsung Electronics opened the OneUI 5.0 beta program based on Android 13 for the old foldable smartphone ‘Galaxy Z Fold 2’.
The beta program is open to telecom subscribers and self-contained users. You can participate by installing the Samsung Members app, logging in with your Samsung account, and clicking the beta program banner on the home screen.
OneUI 5.0 is based on Android version 13. It offers a new UI design and offers better and simpler privacy and security features. We also improved all original apps, including Camera, Calendar, My Files, Samsung Internet, and Samsung Keyboard.
Samsung Electronics is expected to provide OneUI 5.0 update to Galaxy S22 series by the end of this month, and ▲Galaxy S21 series ▲Galaxy Z Fold 4 ▲Galaxy Z Fold 3 ▲Galaxy Z Flip 4 ▲Galaxy Z Flip 3 will also provide an update within this year.
On the other hand, the OS upgrade for Galaxy Z Fold 2 is expected to end with Android 13.
