‘International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women’ began in 1981 to commemorate the day three sisters were murdered in the Dominican Republic while protesting the dictatorship.

Jaeyoung Lee and Dayoung did not participate in the campaign. Jae-young Lee returned to Korea on the 12th, after about a month in the Greek league due to a knee injury. Dayoung Lee is playing as the starting setter.

Previously, Jae-young Lee and Da-young Lee were accused of school violence in February and were asked to leave the volleyball community. The two players were disqualified from the national volleyball team and were suspended from participating in indefinitely by their team, Heungkuk Life Insurance.
