Tips for Macro Photography with iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max

  • Get up close to the subject by as close as possible to a distance of 2 cm (about an inch).
  • Set the main focus point near the center of the frame. Because that point provides the clearest focus when shooting macro on iPhone.
  • Tap an area in the viewfinder to set the focus point.
  • Shoot at 0.5x zoom for an ultra-wide view. Or try zooming at 1x to fill the frame more. iPhone automatically switches the camera as we get close to the subject while maintaining 1x the frame distance.
