According to local media outlets such as CNBC on the 30th (local time), Mengqi Guo, an analyst specializing in Apple, suggested that the release of Reality Pro (Reality One) would be delayed.

The possibility of releasing Apple’s Reality Pro (Reality One) was raised at ‘WWDC’, the annual developer conference held by Apple in June.

The Reality Pro (Reality One) is a new product that will be released eight years after the Apple Watch was introduced in 2015. Expectations are high that it will be the trigger for a new leap forward to Apple, which has been experiencing slowing growth recently.

Guo Mengqi wrote on his Twitter that the production of Reality Pro (Reality One) would be after August this year at the earliest. He also added that there would also be mass production of Reality Pro (Reality One) after August.

In the past, Apple has released teasers months before launching new products. The Apple Watch was announced in September 2014, but was only released in April 2015. CNBC reported that the fact that the reality pro (reality one) teaser has not been released supports the delay in the release of reality pro (reality one).

Guo Meng-Chi explained that there is a reason why the release of Apple’s Reality Pro (Reality One) continues to be delayed. They include the economic downturn, ‘compromise’ for mass production, uncertain ecosystem and developer acceptance, and relatively high reality pro (reality one) prices. In addition, he predicted that Apple would set the price of the reality pro (reality one) from a minimum of 3,000 dollars (about 3,895,500 won) to a maximum of 4,000 dollars (about 5,194,000 won) or more.

“Apple expects to sell up to 300,000 Reality Pro (Reality One) units this year,” said Guo Meng-Chi.

Meanwhile, Susan Prescott, Apple’s vice president, raised expectations for the release of Apple’s Reality Pro (Reality One), saying, “WWDC 23 will be the biggest and most exciting event ever.”
