The American professional baseball Atlanta Braves took a 2-1 lead over the Houston Astros in the World Series (WS, 4 out of 7) with starter Ian Anderson’s dazzling counterplay.

The 0-0 balance was broken at the bottom of the 3rd inning.

Atlanta took the lead in one-out first and second bases, when Austin Riley hit a double that pierced the side of third base and went out to left field.

Atlanta nailed the game with Travis Dano’s mid-month solo homer in the bottom of the 8th.

Atlanta starter Anderson won his fourth postseason career with five innings of no-hit, three walks and four runs.

On the other hand, Houston starting Luis Garcia was yoke from defeat by pitching three hits and one run in 3⅔ innings.
