From the 1st of next month, the Australian government has decided to allow entry of Koreans who have been vaccinated against COVID-19.

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said at a press conference in Canberra, the capital, that from December 1st, Koreans and Japanese who have been vaccinated will be welcome to enter the country.

When entering Australia for Koreans and Japanese, Prime Minister Morrison said, “It is necessary to present an entry visa, proof of vaccination, and proof that they have tested and tested negative for COVID-19 within three days before departure,” Morrison said.

Prime Minister Morrison has also hinted that Australia will allow entry to people with work, study and working holiday visas.

Prime Minister Morrison said: “Australia’s 16-year-old and over vaccination rate is now over 85 percent,” he said.
