According to Biz Korea report on the 16th, Jungkook donated the Yongsan City Park apartment to his older brother Jeon. It is not known how Jeon raised the gift tax.

Here’s the detailed storyline: In July 2018, Jungkook purchased Seoul Forest Trimaje for 1.95 billion won, and in July of the following year, Yongsan City Park apartment in Yongsan-dong 5 was purchased for 2.98 billion won. After that, he sold the Seoul Forest Trimaje for 2.05 billion won in October last year, two years and three months after he bought it, leaving a profit of 100 million won.

Two months later, in December 2020, Jungkook donated the Yongsan City Park apartment to his older brother. The apartment faces southeast and consists of a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The management fee alone is said to be about 800,000 won per month. It is unknown whether he lives with his older brother.
