Minneapolis (AP) – German pro Max Kepler failed with his Minnesota Twins directly on the first opponent in the Major League Baseball playoffs. Against the Houston Astros, the Berliners’ top seeded twins lost 1: 3 on Wednesday (local time) and then the 0: 2 series. The day before they lost 4-1. Kepler, who played for Regensburg in Germany, scored the only point for his team. For the Minneapolis team this is the 18th consecutive defeat in the playoffs. The latest victory came on 5 October 2004.

After a disappointing start last season against the New York Yankees, the Twins, who were actually very strong, have received more confidence this year.
