Suresh Kumar Raveendran, one of the dialogue writers of the film, reacted to the rising criticism on social media against the Jack & Jill movie. Suresh says that he fully agrees with the comments about the movie Jack and Jill and that the comments of the audience are the inspiration for the future. Suresh Kumar said that he was happy to make his debut in the film industry with Santosh Sivan.
Words by Suresh Kumar Raveendran:
Criticisms of the movie Jack and Jill, hateful comments and trolls abound. As one of the dialogue writers of the film, he takes it all in a positive light. As such, I have tried to see such things so far. But, I got a piece of advice this past day, very special! The advice is that no filmmaker in the world has ever received advice on the heights of Everest! When I heard that, I was in a state of mind where I did not know whether to laugh, burst out laughing or turn my head! True, one hundred percent.
Anyway, when I responded to it in a sarcastic manner, Asan immediately got into a fight, unfriended me and went on a slow motion like Jagadeesh in ‘The main guys in the place’ … here is that valuable advice …
“Conversation or whatever, be careful when choosing a movie, my friend … you had high hopes.”
In other words, one day in the morning, a newspaper advertisement comes in and Thiruvullam Kaninju agrees to write the great dialogue of Suresh Kumar Raveendran, inviting qualified people to become the director of the first film. The director needs at least 25-30 years of work experience in the industry. It’s not a problem even if you are from Hollywood, but you have to learn Malayalam to come here. Interested, talented and experienced people should be contacted immediately.
So, after seeing that newspaper advertisement, Steven Spielberg, James Cameron, Mani Ratnam, Bharathiraja, Sibi Malayil, Priyadarshan, Sathyan Anthikkad, Santosh Sivan, Rajkumar Hirani, Ashutosh Guwari and many others were queuing in front of my house saying that they must have something to do with me! Like Dileep at Punjabi House interacting with people who came to ask for the money he borrowed, I personally asked and communicated with each and every one of them. I finally decided, Mr. Santosh Sivan is enough!
May he have the great fortune to be the screenwriter, cinematographer, director and, above all, producer of my first film in which I am writing dialogues! At the same time, the rest of the group blamed their bad timing and sadly went on a rampage, saying, “Suresh Sare, call me at least for the next sill …”
So, after booking a suite at Marriott, I got the director through that newspaper ad, which I finally decided on after four or five days of deliberation, but I realized that I and the friend who advised me were very sad that this was the fate of the film. When I gave a reply based on that recognition that friend could not contain it, unfriended and gone! Is that my fault? Tell me …
Then, Asan said, “I had a lot of hope” had a different meaning. About a short film starring a mentor (whether you like it or not … whether you like it or not) I bought a hundred page book, put a margin in it, and asked for a very detailed, ‘good’ only review, and I was disappointed that I did not do it. ആട്ടുകാലമ്മച്ചിയാണേ സത്യം.
Anyway, I totally agree with the comments about the movie ‘Jack and Jill’. Everything else is inspiration for the future, except for the one who came in a private chat and never said a word, and when he saw the ‘special’ reviews of some friends he said ‘yes’. A dear friend, in a comment on another post and in a WhatsApp message, sent a text in the style of Suraj Venjaramoodu to Chattambinadu, “I saw Jack and Jill, listen …”
He’s still waiting for me to read this and say, “Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey!” Another friend’s crocodile cry (yes, my friend’s picture is Khudagawa ‘, satisfied),
“Chettan did not write the dialogue, he did not act, he did not write the script, he did not handle the camera, he did not edit, he did not do the artwork, he did not do the color grading, he did not direct.”
Saying so many ‘no’s, with so much love and sympathy for me, the poor literally cried! That one honest feat of rescuing the one who created the sambar from the violence of the worst has already sunk deep into my heart, Absolutely Bombastic Experience! Despite the annoyance of so many ‘friends’ who break my head with such intense love, I realize that there are a lot of people who stand by me with love that touches my heart and with love. The heartfelt happiness that comes with it is the basis of every step you take.
I really realize how fortunate I was to be able to start a film with the great Santhosh Sivan, to be with him for 45 days, and to have gained so much cinematic knowledge from that legend that I could not have learned even if I had paid millions. ( Only give. True)
