Ding Jianming, deputy director of the Beijing Major Projects Office, stated that since Beijing issued the “Start Order” for the construction of the Winter Olympics on March 31, 2017, tens of thousands of Winter Olympics builders have followed the principle of “I can’t afford to miss it in a day” request to devote himself to work.
