The western Ukrainian city of Lviv is engulfed in black smoke.

Rocket bombardment by Russian forces continued to this place, which is only 70 km from the Polish border.

Residential facilities were avoided, but at least five people were reportedly injured.

On the same day, President Biden visited a temporary shelter for Ukrainian refugees in Poland.

Russian President Putin responded with harsh word bombs.

[조 바이든/미국 대통령 : (푸틴을 어떻게 생각합니까?) 그는 학살자입니다.]

Afterwards, he pushed even harder in his speech in front of the Warsaw Presidential Palace.

[조 바이든/미국 대통령 : 제발, 이 남자(푸틴)는 권력을 유지해선 안 됩니다.]

When there was an interpretation that the US would support Russia’s regime change, the White House immediately began to evolve.

It was explained that it was meant to prevent Putin from exercising power over neighboring countries.

But Russia’s Kremlin expressed displeasure, saying “it is not for Biden to decide”.

Protesters gathered in Warsaw on the same day, urging the US to act instead of promises.

President Biden returned to the White House with homework on how to end the war, which has been going on for over a month.
