“Little turnover” is used as an indicator of a company that is comfortable to work for. This time, using the data from the 2023 edition of the “CSR Company Directory (Employment / Human Resources Edition))”, we created the “Low Turnover Companies Ranking” for FY2021.

The target is companies with 1,000 or more single employees in fiscal 2020, and the turnover rate, which is the number of job separations divided by the number of single employees, is also displayed. However, it should be noted that the number of employees in the previous year may differ from the number of employees who left the company.

First place is Goldwin from “The North Face”

Let’s look at the rankings. The first place is Goldwin, which develops “The North Face”, and five people will leave in 2021. The turnover rate for 1,110 single employees in financial 2020 was 0.5%, which was also low.
