Bank of China Hong Kong announced the issuance of 2 million “Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Commemorative Banknotes”, including 1.57 million single banknotes, four consecutive 20,000 sets and 35 consecutive 10,000 sets. Commemorative banknotes will be open for subscription from December 1 to 10, and all net proceeds will be donated for local charity purposes.
BOC Commemorative Banknotes Application for Subscription
Applicants for BOC commemorative banknotes must hold a Hong Kong identity card and be 18 years old within 2021. Each person can only subscribe for a maximum of five single banknotes, a set of four consecutive notes and a set of 35 consecutive notes. If the total number of applications exceeds the quota for commemorative banknotes, BOCHK will allocate them by lottery by computer.

The circulation of the Bank of China Commemorative Banknotes in 2021 will be 2 million, and the binding will be divided into three types:
