For a beautiful mother, Haru Suprakob, who looks slimmer in a healthy way, she looks at her IG and she will find the moment with her husband, Guy Ratchachanon regularly. While many people want to know her weight loss secret. What do you do besides exercise?

Most recently, Guy Ratchachanon came out to reveal a picture of Haru Suprakob while eating shabu. along with revealing the secrets of the young wife’s slimness as follows:

“CHEAT MEAL ‼️

How did Haru lose 7 kg?

1. Haru Marco Diet and IF 18:6 go hand in hand

– Feed 6 hrs. / Fast 18 hrs.

– Focus on protein, fat and carbohydrate intake

– Eat enough, don’t starve, don’t overdo it.

– Drink lots of water, stop all sugary water.

2. Exercise 5 days a week.

– brisk walking or jogging 45 minutes (heart at zone 2)

– On days when I’m bored of jogging, I do HIIT, but I have to make it feel like I’m going to die. Otherwise it doesn’t work.

3. Buy small clothes, haha. We lost money and we want to wear them!!!!

Doing just this really might seem like it’s very difficult to do. But if we have been doing it for a week We’ll get used to it and we’ll start to feel that our bodies are getting better, more toned, and then we’ll become addicted to our transformation for the better.

You don’t have to do what Haru can do!!! Stop eating junk and fried food. stop drinking sugary water And I started exercising 3 days a week and I saw results.”

When people commented asking how many months Haru had been doing IF, Young Guy replied, “About two months.”
