London: (www.kvartha.com 30.10.2021) Britain says it will deliver 20 million covid vaccines to developing countries by the end of this year. Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said that this is a necessary step to accelerate the economic situation of the countries after the Kovid Pandemic.
But it also needs the support of developing countries. He added that as Western nations move forward, developing countries are finding it difficult to vaccinate their people against the Kovid vaccine. Britain had offered 100 million vaccine doses at a meeting of the leaders of the seven largest developed economies earlier this year.
But there has been criticism that no significant progress has been made. 10 million doses were distributed. An additional 10 million doses will be given in the coming weeks. Britain says it will deliver a total of 30.6 million vaccine doses by 2021.
