Busan-Gyeongnam Representative Broadcast KNN BNK Bank of Busan cuts housing-related loan interest rates by up to 1.3%p

BNK Busan Bank is lowering interest rates on housing-related loans to ease customers’ financial burden following the Bank of Korea’s base rate hike.

Busan Bank will lower the interest rate on the BNK Jeonse Happiness Sketch Loan by up to 0.8% points, and also cut the BNK Jeonse Security Loan by up to 0.6% points.

We also plan to hold a special sale with a total limit of KRW 600 billion, reducing an additional 0.5% point from the restructuring interest rate for hybrid fixed-rate mortgage loans and leasehold deposit loan products with a DSR of 40% or less.
