On 6 December at Government House, Ms. Tipanun Sirichana, Deputy Spokesperson of the Prime Minister’s Office Announcing the results of the Cabinet meeting (Cabinet) which the cabinet meeting had a decision to appoint transfer government officials from various ministries The details are as follows:

The cabinet meeting as Minister of Foreign Affairs approved a Proposal to appoint civil servants Under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hold 2 high level management posts to replace the vacant posts, namely

1. Vosit Vorasap, Mr. Ambassador of the Royal Thai Embassy in Kathmandu, Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal to hold the post of ambassador of the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid, Kingdom of Spain

2. Ms Lada Poumas, Consul General, Royal Thai Consulate General in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China to hold the post of ambassador of the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

From the date His Majesty the King graciously appointed The appointment of civil servants to serve as ambassadors for both foreign countries has been approved by the receiving country.

Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment

The Cabinet has passed a decision approving the Minister of Natural Resources and the Environment’s Proposal to appoint civil servants under the Ministry of Resources to hold 8 high level management posts to replace the vacant posts as follows:

1. Mrs Chayanan Phakdeejit, Assistant Permanent Secretary Office of the Permanent Secretary Served as Deputy Permanent Secretary

2. Mr. Pichit Sombatmak, Assistant Permanent Secretary

3. Mr. Cheewaphap Cheewatam, Deputy Director General of the Royal Forestry Department He served as the ministry’s inspector general

4. Ms. Preeyaporn Suwanket, Deputy Director General of the Department of Pollution Control, serves as Inspector General of the Ministry

5. Mrs. Pawinee Na Saiburi, Deputy Director General of the Department of Environmental Quality Promotion Served as inspector general of the ministry

6. Niphon Chamnongsirisak Mr Deputy Director General of the Department of Water Resources He served as inspector general of the ministry

7. Mr Wanchai Jariyasetthachok Deputy Director General of the Forestry Department He served as inspector general of the ministry

8. Mr Sittichai Seri Songsaeng, Deputy Director General of the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, as inspector general of the Ministry

The cabinet approved the appointment of high-ranking government officials. To replace the 5 vacancies as follows:

2. Sompob Pattanoriyangkul Mr Permanent Assistant Secretary appointed to the post of Inspector General of the Ministry

3. Mr. Ruangdej Punduang, Deputy Director General, Department of Alternative Energy, Development and Efficiency appointed to the post of Inspector General of the Ministry

4. Mr. Warakorn Phromobol, Deputy Director General of the Department of Mineral Fuels appointed to the post of Inspector General of the Ministry

5. Mr. Anirut Thanakromontri, Deputy Director General, Department of Alternative Energy, Development and Efficiency has been appointed to the post of Inspector General of the Ministry, from the date graciously appointed by His Majesty the King

5. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation The Cabinet approved the appointment of political officers. namely, Mr. Sumphan Yensamran, holds the position of adviser to the Minister of Higher Education, from 6 December 2022 onwards

Ministry of Finance

The Cabinet approved the appointment of 5 qualified members to the Credit Information Protection Committee as the former qualified members complete their two year term on 2 November 2022 as follows:

1. When it comes to consumer protection, there are two people

  • Professor Sahathon Rattanapaijit
  • Mrs. Soontree Somserm

2. Finance and banking: 1 person: Mr Chanchai Bunritchaisri

3. Computer 1 person namely Mrs Praralee Ratprasartporn

4. One representative of private business entrepreneurs, namely Mr Chaiwat Kovavisarach
