“Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0” and “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II” have announced that the reloaded update for Season 02 will start on March 16th at 1:00 am (Japan time).

“Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0” and “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II” Season 02 Reload Update will start on March 16!
Season 02 Reloaded will release new core multiplayer maps, new feature weapons, and lots of free content from both titles.
Before the Season 02 Reloaded update, we will post patch notes on our official website detailing all the changes.

In the continuation of “Atom Glad” Episode 01, Captain Price, Fara and Gaz find themselves in a ballistic missile base.
Their mission is to identify and capture the attached payload, which must ascend inside the silo first as enemy resistance mounts.
Use teamwork to complete missions and earn rewards as you move through complex facilities full of traps.
As part of the Season 02 Reloaded update, anyone who owns Modern Warfare II will have access to Raid Episode 1 and Raid Episode 2.
You don’t need a Raid Assignment to access a team-based tactical experience that continues the story of Task Force 141.

New Map for Core Multiplayer: Himmelmatt Expo
This update adds a new map for core multiplayer (6v6): Himmelmatt Expo.
This medium-to-large multiplayer map allows you to navigate the Main Event Center and its surrounding facilities, including pools, saunas, fine dining, and more.
Beat the cold and warm up in the main event center as the battle unfolds in the lounge, terrace and theatre.
You can also spawn in the Himmelmatt Expo in the Season 02 Reloaded playlist and rotate maps in Quickplay. For more information about this new map, check out our Himmelmatt Expo map guide on our official blog.
Add multiplayer party game mode, return drop zones
Following “Infected”, “Gungame” and “Grind” in “Modern Warfare II”, Season 02 Reloaded adds three party modes of the almost 20-year-old Call of Duty.

Points can be earned by occupying and holding drop zones. A Care Pack will drop every 15 seconds while the drop zone is occupied.
Because of this, moving to the next drop zone is a top priority and you need to rush to claim your package.
all or nothing
Players are armed with throwing knives and empty handguns, and the first player to reach 20 wins. Defeating enemies adds perks, and you can gain perks like scavengers that can pick up ammo.
One in the Chamber
This is a solo battle that starts with a pistol, 1 bullet remaining, and 3 lives. Even one bullet that hits the body counts as a kill, and each kill adds one more bullet. Party mode where the player with the highest score at the end of the game wins.
Warzone 3rd Anniversary Free Giveaway Announcement
To celebrate Warzone’s 3rd anniversary, we’re giving all players free items through the in-game store featuring maps, seasons and memories created since the surprise launch on March 10, 2020.
There are seven rewards in total, including free weapon blueprints, calling cards and emblems.
Check the in-game store every day during Season 02 Reloaded to claim rewards throughout the season.
New Weapon: “Tempus Torrent”
Season 02 Reloaded introduces a new marker rifle, the Tempus Torrent.
This weapon has high damage and a rapid fire mechanic, making it a great primary weapon on the new Himmelmatt Expo and Sea Lion Island maps.
Based on the M4’s weapon platform, the Tempus Armament, the powerful DMR offers versatility, 7.62 bullet speed and impact. A patient hand and sharp eye lead to on target shots and quick kills.
It also has a base ammo capacity of 20, so you can take advantage of its rapid rate of fire in combat, but it reverts to the upper left when firing.
Like the KV Broadside launched in Season 02, Tempus Torrent has the unique property of being a new weapon on a platform that has been around since the launch of Modern Warfare II.
This means that most attachments unlocked on the M4 platform can be used with this weapon, so once Tempus Torrent is available, unlock all of that platform for maximum versatility, let’s do it.
“Tempus Torrent” is usually knocked out by two bullets unless you can land a headshot at medium range.
Combining it with sidearms, high-kill SMGs, and short-range weapons like shotguns is a good way to get close to tight spots like event centers.
“Tempus Torrent” can be purchased in shop bundles or unlocked by getting 25 double kills with the Marksman Rifle.
shuriken update
The Shuriken is a new lethal piece of equipment that allows extra fire in exchange for being invulnerable and is already available in Season 02 of Warzone 2.0 in the Sea Lion Island Resurgence game mode.
However, from Season 02 onwards, it will be available in regular loads.
The leader of the evil organization Foot, “Shredder” appears
Shredder, the infamous leader of the Foot crime syndicate, made his debut in the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic in 1984.
With his bladed armor and mastery of ninjutsu and martial arts, he comes to Call of Duty as New York’s most wanted criminal, ready to cut down any Executive who stands in his way to victory.

With Sea Lion Island, Dual Kodachi, and Hutch in a red panda suit, Season 02 draws a lot of inspiration from the cultures of the Asia-Pacific region.
To celebrate the Season 02 Reload, Call of Duty has partnered with cartoonists to create art inspired by the season’s events, operators, regions and weapons.
The picture above was shown at the Season 02 launch, but next week we will have a special blog with more work and background on how it was made.
