CEO of Callisto Protocol developer Striking Distance Studios (SDS) Glenn Scofield explained the recent death scene charging controversy. On the 24th, CEO Glenn said on his Twitter, “No death scenes have been excluded from the main storyline for a season ticket,” and “Development of the season ticket has not started.”

This story began with the detailed information about the contents of the season pass included in the Digital Deluxe Edition of Callisto Protocol. The death scene is the core content of Protocol Callisto, and is an important element in the game to the extent that the brutal death scene is emphasized even at the time of marketing. However, when information was revealed that new death scenes were included in the deluxe edition season pass, which was priced higher than the regular version, it was said that some of the previously released death scenes were included in the season ticket and sell them. .

Regarding this, SDS CEO Glenn said, “What is clear is that we have not hidden elements of the main story for the season ticket. We have not started any work related to this content (season pass). The elements we’ll be working on in the new year in It’s all new content. As much as the fans want ‘more’ deaths, we’ll prioritize producing them next year,” he dismissed the argument.
