“From 7:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday (1) there were 8,927 motor vehicles on the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville expressway. Enter and exit through eight expressway checkpoints,” said the Ministry of Public Works, with private cars and cargo trucks roaming on this expressway.

A representative of the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville expressway said that This expressway is the result of cooperation between China and Cambodia under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
