AMBER alerted police for a five year old boyfriend after receiving Tuesday afternoon.

The warning was first launched on Tuesday morning to Ethan Robertson, who was deemed to be in danger after his father, Justin Robertson, who broke into the house of his estranged wife, managed to take her and took Ethan. The father and the car he was traveling on were also based at Idaho State Police.

It is believed that they were traveling in a red population Subaru Legacy with Washington APN2450 plate. It is not known where they were going, and the warning was issued in a number of counties.

The police issued the alert at 7:36 a.m. In the release, police said that Justin Robertson had come to arms, but he did not know whether he had anybody in his possession.
