by the advice of the Committee on Protection and Promotion of Thai Traditional Medicine Wisdom therefore issued an announcement as follows:
Article 1 givesmarijuana or cannabis extract which is a plant in the genus Cannabis isherbcontrol
Clause 2 is permitted for persons aged 20 years and over to possess, utilize, take care of, maintain, move can sell controlled herbs under item 1, except for the following actions:
(1) Public use by smoking
(2) Use for pregnant or lactating women
(3) Sales to persons under 20 years of age, pregnant women or lactating women.
Article 3 allow medical practitioners Thai traditional medicine practitioner Practitioner of applied Thai traditional medicine practitioner in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and folk healers by law on the profession of Thai traditional medicine can take advantage of the controlled herbs according to item 1 to their patients
Article 4 Patients under Article 3 are permitted to possess, move, maintain, store, utilize in amounts paid for use for a period of 30 days.
